Ingredients: 

  1. Potato     5    nos.
  2. Tomato -chopped    2    nos.
  3. Green Peas     1    cup
  4. Crushed Ginger     ½    tsp
  5. Small Onion / Shallot     5    nos.
  6. Garlic     5    cloves
  7. Cumin Seeds     ½    tsp
  8. Chilli Powder     1    tsp
  9. Turmeric Powder     ¼    tsp
  10. Coriander Powder     1    tsp
  11. Garam Masala to taste    ½    tsp
  12. Coriander Leaves -chopped    2    tsp
  13. Oil     5    tsp

Description:
 

  1. Heat oil in a pressure cooker and fry cumin seeds.
  2. Add turmeric powder, crushed ginger, small onion, garlic, chili powder, chopped tomato and salt. Stir it well.
  3. Add potatoes and fry for one minute
  4. Add peas,garam masala, coriander powder and 3 cups of water, mix it well.
  5. Pressure cook on medium heat till done.Take the steam out.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  7. Serve it with best combinations
