  1. Boneless Beef cleaned and cut into small pieces    ½    Kg
  2. Onion  Finely Chopped     2    nos.
  3. Ginger  Finely Chopped     1    piece
  4. Garlic  Finely Chopped     3    cloves
  5. Chilli Powder     1    tbsp
  6. Curry Leaves  Finely Chopped     2    stalks
  7. Coriander Leaves  Finely Chopped     1    stalk
  8. Oil     ½    cup
  9. Salt to taste     ½    tsp


  1. In a pressure cooker add beef,chilli powder and salt cook without adding water for 4-5 whistles. Cook the beef till all the water disappears.
  2. In a frying pan heat 3 or 4 table spoon oil and fry the cooked beef till dark brown colour on medium flame. Transfer the beef to a plate.
  3. In the remaining oil saute the ingredients from 2 to 4 and curry leaves till golden brown. Add fried beef and stir well.
  4. At last add chopped coriander leaves and mix well. Serve hot.
