  1. Small Onion / Shallot     10    nos.
  2. Tamarind (Lemon size)    1    no.
  3. Green Chillies     5    nos.
  4. Curry Leaves     1    stalk
  5. Coconut Oil     1    tsp


  1. Grind together the ingredients from No.1 to 5.
  2. Add Oil and mix it well.
  3. Chammanthi is ready.
