  1. Tomatoes     1½    Kg
  2. Sugar     ¾    cup
  3. Vinegar     ¾    tsp
  4. Cinnamon Pieces (Patta)     1    piece
  5. Cloves (Kariampo)     6    nos.
  6. Pepper Powder     3    tsp
  7. Chilli Powder     1    tsp
  8. Sodiumbenzovate     1    tsp


  1. Cook tomatoes vinagar,cinnamon,cloves,cardomom,pepper powder and chilly Powder
  2. Allow it to cool and grind it well.Seive it well.
  3. Add sugar into it and boil it.Add enough salt and food collour.
  4. Allow it to cool and add sodium benzovate and mix it well.
  5. Pour it in a air-tite bottle and serve with best combinations
