  1. Cucumber     250    g
  2. Yoghurt -beaten well     2    cups
  3. Urad Dal(Uzhunnuparippu)     2    tsp
  4. Mustard Seeds     ¼    tsp
  5. Oil     1    tsp
  6. Coriander Leaves     1    stalk


  1. Chop the cucumber into small pieces.
  2. Add yogurt and salt as per your taste. Keep it aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and splutter the mustard seeds.
  4. Now roast the gram in the same pan until its brown in colour.
  5. Add cucumber-yogurt mixture into the pan and remove the pan from heat.
  6. Garnish the curry with finely chopped coriander leaves.
