Ingredients: 

  1. Small Idli     5    no.
  2. Beaten Yoghurt     1    cup
  3. Salt to taste     ½    tsp
  4. Coconut grated    ½    cup
  5. Green Chillies     2    no.
  6. Coriander Leaves     2    stalks
  7. Mustard Seeds     ¼    tsp
  8. Oil     1    tbsp

Description:
 

  1. Prepare small idlis and allow it to cool.
  2. Grind all the ingredients in 4-6 and make a paste.
  3. Add the above paste and salt into the yogurt.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and splutter the mustard seeds. Now add this into the yogurt mixture.
  5. Add the cooled idlis into the yogurt mixture.
  6. Idli Thayir Pachadi is ready to serve
