Ingredients: 

  1. Prawns     500    g
  2. Potato Cooked and mashed    3    no.
  3. Onion -chopped    2    nos.
  4. Ginger -chopped    1    piece
  5. Garlic -chopped    6    cloves
  6. Green Chillies -chopped    3    nos.
  7. Curry Leaves     1    stalks
  8. Coriander Leaves     1    stalks
  9. Pepper Powder     1    tsp
  10. Turmeric Powder     ½    tsp
  11. Chilli Powder     1    tsp
  12. Garam Masala     1    tsp
  13. Bread Crumbs     ½    cup
  14. Salt to taste     ½    tsp
  15. Oil for deep frying    ½    cup

Description:
 

  1. Cook the prawn with salt,turmeric and enough water. Keep aside and let it cool
  2. Grind the above cooked prawn and keep it aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pan,fry onion till golden brown,then add ginger,garlic and green chillies.Stir it well.
  4. Add chilly powder,pepper powder,garam masala, mix it well.Then add the grinded prawn,mashed potatoes and coriander leaves.
  5. Mix it well for a few minutes and keep it aside.Let it cool.
  6. Shape the mixture into cutlets.
  7. Dip it in the beaten egg and then roll in the bread crumbs.
  8. Heat oil in a pan and fry the cutlet till golden brown.
  9. Drain on kitchen paper and serve it hot with sauce.
