  1. Pork     1    Kg
  2. Turmeric Powder     ½    tsp
  3. Pepper Powder     1    tsp
  4. Dry Red Chilli Powder     5    no.
  5. Mustard Seeds     ½    tsp
  6. Garlic     5    cloves
  7. Ginger     1    piece
  8. Fennel Seeds(Perumjeerakam)     ½    tsp
  9. Cinnamon Pieces (Patta)     1    piece
  10. Muringa bark     2    pieces
  11. Vinegar     ¼    cup
  12. Green Chillies     5    no.
  13. For Frying
    1. Garlic      3    cloves
    2. Ginger      1    piece
    3. Curry Leaves      3    stalks
    4. Green Chillies      2    no.


  1. Wash and cut the pork into cubes. Add the turmeric powder, salt, pepper powder and Keep it aside at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pressure cooker ginger, curry leaves, green chillies, garlic Fry till the turn light brown.
  3. Add 5-12 ingredients grinted paste adding enough vinager mix it well.
  4. And the marinated pieces in cooked pressure cooker. mix it well. Stir-fry on a low flame till roast.
  5. Serve it hot with best combinations.
