Ingredients: 

  1. Ripe Banana -cut into 1 ½"length pieces    1    Kg
  2. Roasted Rice Powder     1    cup
  3. First Coconut Milk     2    cup
  4. Second Coconut Milk     3    cup
  5. Cashew Nuts     25    g
  6. Sugar     ½    Kg
  7. Cardamom(Elakka) Powder     ½    tsp
  8. Cashew Nuts     10    g
  9. Raisins (Unakka Munthiri)     10    g

Description:
 

  1. Boil water in a vessel add salt and rice flour mix it well.
  2. Keep stiring to make a smooth and soft dough.Remove from flame. Make small balls keep it aside.
  3. Then add second coconut milk and boil it.
  4. Add the rice balls in to it and cook it well.
  5. Add banana pieces,stir it well.
  6. Add the salt and sugar mix it well.
  7. Finelly add first coconut milk and cardomom powder and remove from fire.
  8. Serve it hot.
