  1. Roasted Rava(Sooji)     3    cups
  2. Butter Milk     1    cup
  3. Green Chillies -chopped    5    nos.
  4. Ghee     1    tsp
  5. Coconut -Cut into small pieces    1    cup
  6. Grated Carrot     ¼    cup
  7. Curry Leaves     2    stalks


  1. Mix all the ingredients by adding enough water.
  2. Make the mixture as of idli batter.It should not be too paste.
  3. Pour the batter to idli moulds and steam for about 10 minutes.
  4. Serve it hot with best combination.
