  1. Potato     ½    Kg
  2. Green Peas     150    g
  3. Carrot -chopped    1    cup
  4. Onion -chopped    2    no.
  5. Green Beans -chopped    ½    cup
  6. Chilli Powder     2    tsp
  7. Salt to taste     ½    tsp
  8. Oil for frying    1    cup
  9. Bread sliced    12    nos.


  1. Cooked peel the potatoes and mashed them well.
  2. And cook 4-5ingredients.
  3. Add chilli pwoder and salt mix it well.
  4. Dip the bread slices in a bowl of water .Press with both hands and drain the water.
  5. Make small balls of the mixed vegetables and flatted vegetable mixture anda top it on the slices.
  6. Close on all sides of the bread slices and flatten.
  7. Shallow fry to light brown by appling oil liberally
  8. Serve it hot.
