  1. Potato Cut in to thick slices    3    no.
  2. Besan flour     ½    cup
  3. Rice Powder     3    tbsp
  4. Baking soda     1    pinch
  5. Chilli Powder     1    tsp
  6. Salt to taste     ½    tsp
  7. Oil For deep frying     1    cup


  1. Mix the flours, chilli powder, baking soda and salt with required quantity of water.
  2. The batter should't be too thick nor too thin.
  3. Now heat a pan with oil.
  4. Deep fry on both sides till they turn into golden yellow colour.
  5. Remove from heat and drain the oil.
  6. Potato bajji is ready to serve.
  7. Serve hot with sauce.
