Ingredients: 

  1. Paneer     350    g
  2. Egg     1    no.
  3. Salt to taste     ½    cup
  4. Corn Flour     ½    cup
  5. Ginger Garlic Paste     1    tsp
  6. Onion -chopped    2    nos.
  7. Green Chillies sliced    3    nos.
  8. Soya Sauce     1    tbsp
  9. Vinegar     1    tbsp
  10. Red capsicum     1    no.
  11. yellow capsicum     1    no.
  12. Green Capsicum     1    no.
  13. Oil for frying    1    cup
  14. Water     ¼    cup

Description:
 

  1. Cut the paner into cubes.
  2. Mix together the cottage cheese, 1 tsp salt, egg, corn flour, garlic, ginger and water to just coat the paneer pieces with the mixture.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the paneer pieces coated with mixture till golden in color.
  4. Heat 2 tbsp of the oil in a wok and stir fry the onions in it over high heat for half a minute.
  5. Add the green chillies, salt, soya sauce, vinegar,chopped capsicum for a few minutes.
  6. Add the fried paneer cubes.
  7. Garnish with finely cut spring onions and coriander.
  8. Serve it hot.
