Ingredients: 

  1. Ripe Banana     5    no.
  2. Maida     2    cup
  3. Sugar     ½    cup
  4. Turmeric Powder     ¼    tsp
  5. Salt to taste     1    pinch
  6. Oil     1    cup

Description:
 

  1. Peel banana,slit lengthwise and cut into halves.
  2. Mix flour with 3/4 cup water to make a smooth batter.Mix in sugar,turmeric and salt.
  3. Heat oil in a kadhai,dip banana slices in batter and deep fry till golden brown.
  4. Drain and serve hot.
