  1. Wheat Flour (Atta)     2    cup
  2. Sugar Powder    ¾    cup
  3. Ghee     ½    cup
  4. Cashew Nuts -chopped    10    g
  5. Raisins (Unakka Munthiri)     10    g
  6. Almonds -chopped    10    g
  7. Cardamom(Elakka) Powder     ½    tsp


  1. Put a kadhai on heat and add ghee. When ghee melts, add atta. Turn the heat to medium.
  2. Roast the atta stirring constantly till a nice aroma comes out of atta and it gives a roasted appearance.
  3. Turn off the heat and take atta out of kadhai.
  4. Add chopped nuts, cardamom powder and sugar.
  5. Prepare medium sized balls.
  6. Wheat Ladoo is ready.
