  1. Paneer     200    g
  2. Onion -chopped    2    nos.
  3. Capsicum -chopped    1    no.
  4. Green Chillies -sliced    3    nos.
  5. Garlic     3    cloves
  6. Spring Onion -chopped    1    tbsp
  7. Celery     1    tbsp
  8. Chilly Sauce     1½    tsp
  9. Tomato Sauce     3    tsp
  10. Soya Sauce     ½    tsp
  11. Corn Flour     1    tsp
  12. Ajinomoto (Optional)    1    pinch
  13. Oil     1    tbsp
  14. Water     ½    cup
  15. Pepper Powder     1    tsp


  1. Heat oil in a pan add garlic and green chillies.
  2. Add onion and capsicum.Stir it and fry for 5 minutes.
  3. Add chilly sauce, soya sause,and tomatoe sauce.
  4. Add paneer pieces, pepper and salt.
  5. Sprinkle the corn flour into this mixture.
  6. Add water,ajinomoto into it and boil for few minutes.
  7. When the gravy becomes thick, garnish with celery and the spring onion.
