Ingredients: 

  1. Maida     2    cup
  2. Grated Paneer     ½    cup
  3. Grated Carrot     ½    cup
  4. Salt to taste     ½    tsp
  5. Oil     1    cup

Description:
 

  1. Grind the grated paneer and carrot. Mix this mixture to the flour with salt and make a soft dough by adding water.
  2. Cover the dough with a wet cloth for 15 minutes.
  3. Divide the dough into small portions, roll into small puris and deep fry in oil.
  4. Take out the poori and drain it on an absorbent paper.
  5. Paneer carrot poori is ready. Serve it with potato stew.
