Ingredients: 

  1. Parotta     3    nos.
  2. Minced Chicken -Cooked    2    tbsp
  3. Beaten Egg     2    nos.
  4. Onion -chopped    1    no.
  5. Green Chillies     2    nos.
  6. Tomato -chopped    1    no.
  7. Pepper Powder     ½    tsp
  8. Curry Leaves     2    stalks
  9. Oil     ¼    cup
  10. Salt to taste     ½    tsp

Description:
 

  1. Cut the parottas into small pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a pan,fry the parottas. Drain and keep it aside.
  3. In the same pan add the onions and stir it till golden brown.
  4. Add tomatoes,green chillies,pepper powder and curry leaves.Stir it till oil separates.
  5. Add beaten egg and salt.Mix and fry it.
  6. Mix the cooked chicken into it.
  7. Add fried parottas and stir it for about 3 minutes.
  8. Kothu parotta is ready.
