  1. Small  Cauliflower     1    no.
  2. Chilli Powder     1    tsp
  3. Potato     3    nos.
  4. Ginger -chopped    1    pieces
  5. Onion -sliced    2    no.
  6. Coriander Powder     2    tsp
  7. Ghee     50    g
  8. Water     1    cups
  9. Garam Masala     2    tsp
  10. Salt to taste     ½    tsp


  1. Wash The Cauliflower and cut in to florets, triming away any leaves. Peel and cut the potatoes into 1" cubes.
  2. Heat the ghee in a large saucepan and fry the sliced onions.
  3. Add the chilli powder, chopped ginger and coriander powder. Sprinkle with salt.
  4. Add the potatoes and cauliflower and gently stir, so that the spices mix well.
  5. Lower the flame and cook the vegetables in its own moisture.
  6. Cover and cook water till the vegetables are tender.
  7. Add the garam masala and cook till the mixture is dry.
  8. Serve hot with naan.
