  1. Bread slices -Cut into half    3    no.
  2. Egg     2    no.
  3. Onion -chopped    1    no.
  4. Green Chillies     1    no.
  5. Butter     4    tbsp
  6. Salt to taste    1    tsp
  7. Pepper Powder     1    tsp


  1. Break the eggs in to a bowl,salt,pepper,chopped onions and chilli and beat well with a fork.
  2. Divide the egg batter in to two parts and keep aside.
  3. Heat 2tbsp of butter in a frying pan, dip three bread slices in to one part of the egg batter, coat well on both sides of the breaduntil brown and slices with the egg batter and fry on both sidesuntil brown and crispy.
  4. Repeat with the other three slices of bread and the remaining egg batter.
  5. Serve with any soup or ketchup.
