  1. Dosa batter     2    cup
  2. Egg     3    no.
  3. Pepper Powder     1    tsp
  4. Salt to taste     ½    tsp
  5. Oil     1    tbsp


  1. Beat the eggs in a bowl. Add salt to it and mix well.
  2. When the pan is fully heated, take some dosa batter and spread it on the pan into a round shape.
  3. Now pour the beaten egg on the dosa uniformly and let it cook in the medium heat. Sprinkle with the pepper powder to add taste.
  4. Once the batter and eggs are almost cooked and crisp on one side, turn over and allow to cook on the other side.
  5. Serve it hot.
