  1. Coconut Powder    2    cups
  2. Condensed Milk     200    g
  3. Ghee     1    tbsp
  4. Cashew Nuts     25    g
  5. Raisins (Unakka Munthiri)     25    g
  6. Cardamom Seeds (Elakka)     6    nos.


  1. Pour condensed milk in to a thick bottomed pan.Add 11/2cups of grated coconut powder with it.Keep the remaining coconut powder aside.
  2. Stir on well.Cook on a slow fire.
  3. Fry cashewnuts and raisins in ghee.
  4. Add cashewnuts, raisins and green cardamom powder with coconut mixture.
  5. Cook on gently till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
  6. Allow to cool the coconut mixture.
  7. Roll it into small laddus with buttered hands.
  8. Roll laddus on the remaining coconut powder.
