  1. Lady's Finger     ½    Kg
  2. Fenugreek Seeds(Uluva)     ¼    tsp
  3. Black gram lentil     2    tsp
  4. Red Chillies     8    nos.
  5. Coriander Seeds (Malli)     1    tsp
  6. Sesame(Ellu)     ½    tsp
  7. Tamarind Medium lemon sized ball    1    no.
  8. Jaggery(Sarkkara)     1    tbsp
  9. Grated Coconut     ¼    cup
  10. Salt to taste    ½    tsp


  1. Chop the vegetables in to medium-sized pieces and fry them in the oil until tender.
  2. Grind the remaining ingredients to a smooth paste.
  3. Place a wok on heat, add the cooked vegetables and the paste.
  4. Stir- fry for 5 minutes.Remove from heat.
  5. Serve with best combination.
