Hurada Handi Badu

Ingredients: 

  1. Pork cut in to medium sized pieces    1    Kg
  2. For Grinding
    1. Ginger      1    pieces
    2. Pepper Powder      2    tsp
    3. Garlic      10    cloves
    4. Onion      1    no.
    5. Roasted Coriander Seeds (Malli)      2    tsp
    6. Turmeric Powder      ½    tsp
  3. Water     2    cup
  4. Salt to taste     ½    tsp
  5. Oil     2    tbsp

Description:
 

  1. Grind all the ingredients to a smooth paste, except for the pork.
  2. Pour the oil in a pressure cooker and fry the pork with the ground paste. After awhile pour some water.
  3. Cover and pressure cook the pork till it is dry. Stir fry till turns brown in colour.
  4. Remove from the pressure cooker and serve hot.
