  1. Cooked Channa     200    g
  2. Onion     2    nos.
  3. Soya Sauce     1    tsp
  4. Chilly Sauce     1    tsp
  5. Tomato Sauce     1    tsp
  6. Vinegar     2    tsp
  7. Ajinomoto (Optional)    ¼    tsp
  8. Green Chillies     5    nos.
  9. Corn Flour     2    tsp
  10. Oil     2    tsp


  1. Mix together the chana with soya sauce, salt, ajinomoto and cornflour well.
  2. Heat oil in a wok and fry the chana mixture well.
  3. In another pan heat 2 tsp of oil and add onion,red chilly and green chillies.Stir it well till golden brown.
  4. Add fried chana,chilly sacuce,tomato sauce and vinegar.Stir it for 5 minutes.
