Wash the fish, drain and pat dry with paper towels.
Combine the marinade ingredients in a small bowl.
Blend together in to a smooth paste.
Rub the marinade over the fish and place in a covered glass or china dish in the refrigerator to
marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Put a platter lined with paper towels, beside the
stove to hold the fried fish.
Add oil to a heated non-stick skillet.You may wish
to use a splatter screen to minimize oil splatters.
Pan-fry the fish, turning frequently, till it is
golden brown and crisp. Do not crowd the skillet,
as this will cause the fish to steam insted of
