  1. Boiled Egg Cut in to thick slices    5    nos.
  2. Carrot -cut into 1 ½"length pieces    100    g
  3. Drumsticks -cut into 1 ½"length pieces    100    g
  4. Potato -cut into 1 ½"length pieces    2    no.
  5. Green Chillies     5    nos.
  6. Grated Coconut     1    cup
  7. Cumin Seeds     ¼    tsp
  8. Small Onion / Shallot     5    no.
  9. Turmeric Powder     ¼    tsp
  10. Chilli Powder     ¼    tsp
  11. Curry Leaves     1    stalks
  12. Salt to taste     ½    tsp
  13. Coconut Oil     1    tsp


  1. Mix the ingredients from 2-4 with turmeric powder, chilly powder and salt. Cover and cook it in a medium flame by adding enough water.
  2. Grind the coconut with green chilles, small onion, cumin seeds and enough water to make a smooth paste.
  3. Once the vegtables are cooked, add salt and the coconut paste.
  4. Add egg into this and mix slightly. Cook in low flame for about 3 min.
  5. Add 1 tsp of coconut oil and curry leaves remove from fire.
  6. Serve hot with rice.
