  1. Maida     2    cup
  2. Milk     2    cups
  3. Ripe Banana     2    no.
  4. Vanilla Essence [Optional]    ¼    tsp
  5. Sugar     4    tbsp
  6. Baking Powder     1    tsp


  1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender to make a nice batter the batter should be thinner than the dosa consistency.
  2. Heat a non stick frying pan and pour ladle full of batter onto the pan. Spread the batter to make a thin pancake.
  3. Allow the first side to brown nicely. Flip over after a few minutes and allow the other side to cook.
  4. Transfer it to a serving dish. Repeat the process with the rest of the batter.
