Cottage Cheese Cutlets

  1. Cottage Cheese     200    g
  2. Potato boiled    1    cup
  3. Haricot beans boiled    ½    cup
  4. Chilli paste     1    tbsp
  5. Oil for frying    1    cup
  6. Lemon Juice    1    tsp
  7. White Pepper     1    tsp
  8. Bread Crumbs     2    tbsp
  9. Grated Cheese     50    g
  10. Pizza sauce     2    tbsp
  11. Salt to taste    ½    tsp


  1. Mix the cottage cheese, potatoes, breadcrumbs, pepper and salt. Mash well.
  2. For the filling, mix the haricot beans, lemon juice and chilli paste and mash it in a blender.Keep aside.
  3. Make equal-sized balls out of the potato-cottage cheese mixture.
  4. Flatten each ball in to a thin cutlet and spoon a little of the filling in to its centre.
  5. Cover with another cutlet.
  6. Seal the edges and shallow fry in the oil.
  7. Grease a baking dish.Arrange the cutlets on it.
  8. Pour the pizza sauce over the cutlets.
  9. Sprinkle the cheese on the sauce and bake at 200 degree celsius for 10 minutes.
