  1. Small  Cauliflower     8    nos.
  2. Chopped Onion     1    no.
  3. Green Chillies     2    nos.
  4. Ginger     1    tsp
  5. Coriander Leaves  Finely Chopped     1    tsp
  6. Wheat Flour (Atta)     250    g
  7. Red Chilli Powder     1    tsp
  8. Cumin Seeds Powder     1    tsp
  9. Salt     ½    tsp


  1. prepare dough as per plain parathas.
  2. Grate cauliflower. Sprinkle a teaspoon of salt on it and mix well. Leave it for 15 minutes.
  3. Take handfuls of cauliflower and squeeze out water from it.
  4. Add chilly powder, cumin seeds powder, coriander leaves, green chilly, onion, ginger and salt.Mix all thoroughly.
  5. Prepare stuffed cauliflower parathas.
  6. Serve it hot.
