Ingredients: 

  1. Lady's Finger     250    g
  2. Egg     3    no.
  3. Grated Coconut     ½    cup
  4. Green Chillies     5    no.
  5. Onion     1    no.
  6. Pepper Powder     1    tsp
  7. Turmeric Powder     ½    tsp
  8. Mustard Seeds     ½    tsp
  9. Curry Leaves     1    stalks
  10. Salt to taste     ½    tsp

Description:
 

  1. Clean and cut ladies finger in to small pieces.
  2. Combine grated coconut, onion, green chilli,salt and turmeric powder with your hands and keep aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and allow to splutter, add curry leaves.
  4. Add ladies finger and saute for 5 minutes un covered.
  5. Add coconut mixture to this, cover and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Add beaten egg with salt and pepper powder stir well.
  7. Cover and cook for 1-2 minutes. Remove from fire
  8. Serve hot.
