Ingredients: 

  1. Apple     3    nos.
  2. Seedles Dates     20    nos.
  3. Milk     3    cup
  4. Ice Cubes    1    cup

Description:
 

  1. Chop the dates in to small pieces. Wash and chop the apple in to pieces and keep it aside.
  2. Transfer the chopped apple chopped dates and little milk to a blender. Blender until smooth.
  3. Now add the remaining milk and ice cubes and blend again. Addmore milk if you want thinner consistency.
  4. Pour the milk shake into glasses.
  5. Serve it cool.
