  1. Dosa batter     2    cup
  2. Onion finely chopped    1    no.
  3. Green Chillies -chopped    2    no.
  4. Curry Leaves -chopped    2    stalks
  5. Finely shredded Potato     1    no.
  6. Coriander Leaves -chopped    2    stalks
  7. Oil     1    tsp


  1. Heat the non stick tawa well.
  2. Pour a spoon full of batter in the centre of the pan,spread it into a round shape.
  3. Sprinkle the ingredients from 2 to 6 on it and pour some ghee or oil over it.
  4. Once the batter is almost cooked and crisp on one side turn over and allow to cook on the other side.
  5. Serve it hot.
