Description:
-
Soak wheat flour in water for one hour and drain the water. Put soaked wheat in a pressure cooker. Add the ingredients from 2 to 6,salt and sufficient water. Cook it.

After the first whistle,cook on very low flame for one hour and remove from the fire.

Mash the wheat mutton mixture with a wooden spatula. Mix it with coconut milk and reheat and set aside.

Heat ghee in a pan. Add chopped small onions and fry till golden brown and set aside. Roast cashew nuts and raisins in the remaining ghee and keep it aside.

Pour the mashed wheat mutton mixture into a tray and flatten it to the shape of the tray. Rub some ghee on the top of it. Garnished with fried onion , roasted cashew nuts and raisins. Serve hot.
