  1. Dosa batter     3    cups
  2. Prawns -chopped    250    g
  3. Onion  Finely Chopped     3    no.
  4. Green Chillies  Finely Chopped     2    no.
  5. Ginger Crushed    1    piece
  6. Garlic Crushed    6    cloves
  7. Curry Leaves  Finely Chopped     2    stalks
  8. Coriander Leaves     1    cup
  9. Chilli Powder     1    tbsp
  10. Oil     2    tbsp
  11. Salt to taste     1    tsp


  1. Clean prawns and marinate with salt and chilly powder and fry in the oil. Keep it aside.
  2. Saute ingredients from 3 to 7 in the remaining oil. Add fried prawns in it and mix well. Add coriander leaves in it.
  3. Heat a non stick pan ,make a dosha. Put some prawns mixture in the middle of it and fold it.
  4. Rub oil on two sides of dosha and roast it. Serve it hot with chutney.
