Description:
-
Cook shredded chicken by adding salt and turmeric powder and drain the chicken stalk.

Heat oil in a pan. Saute ingredients from 4 to 8. Add turmeric powder and salt and again saute it. Add cooked chicken in it and stir well. Finally add garam masala and coriander leaves. Mix well and keep it aside.

By using a knife make a square cut in the middle of the flat surface of the bread and open just like a door.

Take out some inside portions of the bread so as to make a hole inside.

Fill this hole with chicken mixture and a boiled egg. Close the opening and seal it with maida batter.

Heat oil in a non stick pan and toast the sealed portion of bread.

Dip the stuffed bread in a mixture of beaten egg and pepper powder and toast in a greased pan.

Each side of the bread should be toasted. Serve hot.
