Description:
-
Make cauliflower in to small pieces. Soak in warm
water for 20 minutes.
-
Grind fennel seeds, cumin seeds, cinnamon, ginger
and brown cardamom smoothly with water.

Cook potato and peel off the skin. Cut it in to big
pieces.
-
Pour oil in pan and fry cauliflower.Keep it aside.
-
Fry green peas and add grounded ingredients along
with cauliflower, salt, turmeric powder, spice powder and dry mango powder. Pour sufficient water
and cook until it boils well.

Mix potato, tomato and coriander leaves with it.
