Description:
-
In a bowl beats the eggs and add the salt,pepper and curry leaves.
-
Steam cook the egg and cut in to small pieces.
-
Put the tomatoes into boiled water for 1 minute and remove the skin and smash it.
-
Grind together the ingredients of no.8 well.
-
Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions.Stir it till golden brown.
-
Add ground mixture and stir for 3 minutes,then add green peas.
-
Add third coconut milk and mashed tomato,when it becomes boil add the second coconut milk.
-
When gravy thickens,add first coconut milk and egg pieces and mix it well.
-
Remove from the fire and serve it.
