    1. Egg      4    nos.
    2. Pepper  Powder    ¼    tsp
    3. Salt to taste      ¼    tsp
    4. Curry Leaves      2    stalks
  1. Cooked Green Peas     ¼    cup
  2. Tomato     2    nos.
  3. Onion -chopped    2    nos.
  4. First Coconut Milk     ½    cup
  5. Second Coconut Milk     ¼    cup
  6. Third Coconut Milk     ¼    cup
    1. Ginger      1    piece
    2. Garlic      5    cloves
    3. Green Chillies      4    nos.
    4. Cinnamon Pieces (Patta)      2    no.
    5. Cloves (Kariampo)      4    nos.
    6. Cardamom(Elakka) Powder      3    nos.
    7. Pepper      ¼    tsp
    8. Curry Leaves      2    stalks
  7. Oil     1    tbsp


  1. In a bowl beats the eggs and add the salt,pepper and curry leaves.
  2. Steam cook the egg and cut in to small pieces.
  3. Put the tomatoes into boiled water for 1 minute and remove the skin and smash it.
  4. Grind together the ingredients of no.8 well.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions.Stir it till golden brown.
  6. Add ground mixture and stir for 3 minutes,then add green peas.
  7. Add third coconut milk and mashed tomato,when it becomes boil add the second coconut milk.
  8. When gravy thickens,add first coconut milk and egg pieces and mix it well.
  9. Remove from the fire and serve it.
