  1. Baby corns     1    cup
  2. Chana Dal      1    cup
  3. Onion , chopped    ½    cup
  4. Green Chillies     4    nos.
  5. Ginger     1    piece
  6. Curry Leaves , chopped    2    tsp
  7. Coriander Leaves , chopped    2    tsp
  8. Oil     1    cup
  9. Salt to taste    ½    tsp


  1. Soak baby corn and split gram together for 1 hour.
  2. Grind it coarsely. Add chopped onion, chilly, ginger, curry and coriander leaves to the batter.
  3. Mix them and stir well.
  4. Prepare corn vadas till they turn brownish gold in colour.
