Ingredients: 

  1. Cashew Nuts     200    g
  2. Tomatoe     2    nos.
  3. Garlic     2    cloves
  4. Onion     2    nos.
  5. Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves     1    tsp
  6. Turmeric Powder     ½    tsp
  7. Cloves (Kariampo)     4    nos.
  8. Cardamom Seeds (Elakka)     2    nos.
  9. Red Chilli Powder     ½    tsp
  10. Lemon Juice     1    tsp
  11. Ghee     2    tsp
  12. Oil     2    tsp
  13. Salt to taste    ½    tsp

Description:
 

  1. Grind tomato, garlic seeds, cloves, brown cardamom and coriander leaves smoothly.
  2. Cut onion in to small pieces. Fry cashewnuts in ghee and keep it aside.
  3. Pour oil in pan and fry onion.
  4. Add grounded ingredients along with salt, turmeric powder and red chilly powder. Boil it until the aroma comes.
  5. Add cashewnuts and cook for some more time.
