  1. Dosa batter     2    cup
  2. King Prawns Washed and deveined    20    nos.
  3. Finely Chopped Ginger     3    tsp
  4. Finely Chopped Garlic     3    tsp
  5. Finely Chopped Onion Small    2    nos.
  6. Curry Leaves , chopped    2    stalks
  7. Chopped Tomatoe Medium Size    1    no.
  8. Turmeric Powder     ½    tsp
  9. Chilli Powder     ½    tsp
  10. Garam Masala Powder    1    tsp
  11. Oil     2    tbsp
  12. Salt to taste    ½    tsp


  1. Clean and wash the prawns.Mince them. Keep it aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.Add ginger, garlic, curry leaves and onion. Saute until the onion turns slightly brown.
  3. Add turmeric powder, chilly powder and garam masala powder. Saute for a few seconds and add the minced prawn. Mix it well.
  4. Cook until the prawn is done and water evaporates, stirring often.
  5. It takes about 10-15 minutes at medium- high heat.Set the masala aside.
  6. Heat the non-stick tawa well, pour a spoonful of batter in the centre, spread with the back of the spoon to a thin round.
  7. Cook for 2-3 seconds and flip it again. Spread around 2-3 spoons of the prawn masala on one half of the dosa and fold it.Cook on both sides for a few seconds. Serve hot.
