  1. Grated Coconut     ½    cup
  2. Garlic     3    nos.
  3. Ginger     1    piece
  4. Small Onion / Shallot     7    nos.
  5. Tamarind     1    pinch
  6. Lemon Juice    1    tsp
  7. Green Chillies     3    nos.
  8. Coriander Leaves -chopped    2    stalks
  9. Bread Crumbs     2    tbsp
  10. Beaten Egg     1    no.
  11. Oil for frying    3    tbsp


  1. Grind the ingredients from 2 to 9.And make a fine paste.
  2. Marinate the sliced egg with paste.Keep it aside for 15 minutes.
  3. Dip it in the beaten egg and then roll in the bread crumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and fry the eggs till golden brown.
  5. Drain the kababs on an absorbent paper.
  6. Serve it hot with sauce.
