  1. Flour     4    tbsp
  2. Caster sugar     6    tbsp
  3. Separated Egg     4    nos.
  4. Baking soda     2    tsp
  5. Corn Flour     6    tbsp
  6. Baking Powder     3    tsp
  7. Cocoa     3    tsp
  8. Cinnamon (Patta) Powder     2    tsp
  9. Ground Ginger     3    tsp
  10. Honey Warmed    3    tsp
  11. Whipping Cream     4    tbsp
  12. Icing Sugar     4    tsp


  1. Beat the egg whites in a bowl until they form soft peaks.
  2. Gradually add the sugar.Beat well till the mixture thickens.
  3. Fold in the egg yolks and stir.
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients except the cream and icing sugar. Mix thoroughly.
  5. Pour in to a greased baking tin and bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Cool, smear the cream and sprinkle the icing sugar on the cake.
