Ingredients: 

  1. Achinga Payar (Thinly sliced into small pieces)     ¼    Kg
  2. Grated Coconut     1    cup
  3. Green Chillies     3    nos.
  4. Garlic     4    cloves
  5. Turmeric Powder     ½    tsp
  6. Mustard Seeds     ½    tsp
  7. Coconut Oil     2    tsp
  8. Curry Leaves     2    stalks
  9. Salt to taste     ½    tsp

Description:
 

  1. Heat oil in a pan.Add mustard seeds allow it to splutter.
  2. Add curry leaves and fry for a minute.
  3. Add the achinga payar to this along with salt and turmeric powder.
  4. Add a little water to this and cover with a lid and cook on low flame till the payar is cooked.
  5. Crush the grated coconut, garlic and green chillies.
  6. Add the crushed coconut into achinga payar and stir until evaporate excess water.
  7. Remove from fire and serve it.
