Ingredients: 

  1. Maida     2    cup
  2. Bread Crumbs     1½    cups
  3. Semolina     2    tbsp
  4. Yeast Dissolved in 1/2 cups of water    1½    tbsp
  5. Sugar     2    tsp
  6. Salt to taste    ½    tsp
  7. Yoghurt     2    tbsp
  8. Oil     1    cup

Description:
 

  1. In a mixing bowl mix maida, bread crumbs, semolina, yoghurt, salt and sugar together.
  2. Add the yeast water in to the mixing bowl and make dough.
  3. Cover the dough with a wet cloth for an hour for fementation.
  4. After 2hours the dough is divided in to 10-12 equal parts.
  5. Roll it out to a dessert plate size.
  6. Heat oil in a deep frying pan and put battura in it.
  7. Lightly press on the surface with a spoon, the battura will puff up.
