  1. Carrot chopped and boiled    1    cup
  2. Beans chopped and boiled    1    cup
  3. Cauliflower chopped and boiled    1    cup
  4. Green Beans chopped and boiled    1    cup
  5. Milk     1    cup
  6. Ghee     2    tsp
  7. Chicken Noodles Masala     2    Packets
  8. Cream     ½    cup
  9. Salt to taste     ½    tsp
  10. for masala
    1. Onion      4    nos.
    2. Green Chillies      8    nos.
    3. Ginger      2    pieces
    4. Garlic      2    cloves
    5. Cardamom Seeds (Elakka)      4    nos.
    6. Cashew Nuts      50    g


  1. Saute the cashew nuts in water for 3 hours. Grind the soaked cashew nuts with all other ingredients for masala.
  2. Heat ghee in a pan and add the ground masala. saute it. Add the cooked vegetables and saute well.
  3. Add milk, chicken noodles masala and salt to taste . Bring to boil for 5 to 7 minutes. Then add fresh cream and coriander leaves to it. Stir to combine
  4. Remove from the fire and serve hot.
