  1. Carrot Cleaned and cut into squares    6    nos.
  2. Beans -chopped    12    nos.
  3. Cauliflower Cleaned and cut into squares    2    nos.
  4. Potato Cleaned and cut into squares    2    nos.
  5. Onion Cleaned and cut into squares    2    nos.
  6. Chopped Green Chillies     6    nos.
  7. ingreadients for white sauce
    1. Maida      2    cup
    2. Butter      400    g
    3. Milk      12    cups
    4. Salt to taste      ½    tsp
    5. Egg      2    nos.
  8. For Garnishing
    1. Capsicum      2    no.
    2. Tomato      4    nos.
    3. Bread Crumbs      6    tsp
    4. Grated Mozzarella Cheese (Available In market      1    cup


  1. Cook the cubed vegetables in required water and drain the water.
  2. Heat butter in a frying pan and saute maida without changing its colour. Simmer and add milk without forming lumps till it get thick consistency.
  3. Turn off stove and add beaten egg to it. Mix it well.
  4. Add cooked vegetables to this white sauce and mix it well.
  5. spoon the vegetable mix into the a pie dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs above it and garnish it with roundly chopped capsicum and tomato. Also top with grated cheese.
  6. Now bake it in 180 degree Celsius for half an hour till it upper part turns golden brown. Vegetable pie is ready now. Serve hot.
