Ingredients: 

  1. Fish     1200    g
  2. Vinegar     ½    cup
  3. Salt to taste     ½    tsp
  4. Ginger paste     3    tbsp
  5. Garlic Paste     3    tbsp
  6. Bishops weed     2    tbsp
  7. Chilli Powder     3    tsp
  8. Turmeric Powder     ½    tsp
  9. White Pepper Powder     1    tsp
  10. Gram Flour( Kadala Maavu)     1½    cup
  11. Oil for frying    1    cup

Description:
 

  1. Mix the ingredients from 7 to 11 in 8 tbsp water for 20 min.
  2. Take gram flour, ginger paste, garlic paste, bishops weed, chilly powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder and salt in a vessel. Mix this ingredients in required water and prepare fish masala. Keep it for 20 min.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Dip fish pieces in masala and fry it in oil till it's either sides turns crisp.
  4. Now remove it from stove. Decorate it with lemon pieces. Serve it hot.
