Description:

Mix ground garlic with curd. Grind grated coconut and soaked cashew nuts into a smooth past

Grind two onion with chilli powder,coriander powder and cumin seeds. Chop the other onions finely.

Heat dalda in a non stick pan, when it melts add sugar. when it turns brown add cloves,cardamom, and chopped onion. Saute well till golden brown.

Into this add ginger,turmeric powder and ground masala mix and saute well till fragrant.

Then add garlic-curd mix and stir to combine.

Once the water dries up, add chopped tomato and saute well. Into this add chicken pieces and coconut-cashew nut mixture and mix well till fragrant.

Finally add salt and one cup of water, cover the pan with a lid and cook chicken pieces in low flame.

When the gravy is thick turn off the stove. Serve hot.
