Ingredients: 

  1. For The Batter
    1. Brinjal  Cut in to cubes    ½    nos.
    2. Maida      ½    cup
    3. Corn Flour      ½    cup
    4. Rice Flour      2    tsp
    5. Salt to taste      ½    tsp
  2. For Munchurian
    1. Chilly Sauce      2    tsp
    2. Soya Sauce      2    tsp
    3. Tomato Sauce      4    tbsp
    4. Garlic   Finely Chopped     1    tbsp
    5. Ginger   Finely Chopped     1    tbsp
    6. Green Chillies   Finely Chopped     3    nos.
    7. Capsicum  Cut in to cubes    1    no.
    8. Onion  -chopped    2    no.
    9. Spring Onion      2    stalks
    10. Sugar      1    tsp
    11. Salt to taste      ½    tsp
  3. Oil for frying    1    cup

Description:
 

  1. Cut the brinjal pieces and mix the one tbsp lemon juice with salt and leave it for 10 minutes. keep it aside.
  2. In a bowl,mix together the ingredients and add water.And prepare medium thick batter.
  3. Heat oil in a kadai,dip the brinjal pieces in the batter and fry until golden colour.
  4. Remove and drain on an absorbent paper.
  5. In another pan, add little oil, when hot add the onions, capsicum, garlic ginger,green chillies and spring onion for few seconds.
  6. Add sauces and vinegar sugar and mix well.
  7. Finally add the fried brinjal and again mix it well.
  8. Garnish with some spring onions and serve it hot.
