  1. Basmati Rice     1    cup
  2. Chicken Stock     3    cup
  3. Butter     ¼    cup
  4. Nutmeg(Jathikka) Powder    ¼    tsp
  5. Salt to taste     ½    tsp
  6. Parsley Leaves     2    stalks


  1. Cook the chicken pieces adding 6 cup water.
  2. Bring to boil till 1/2 quantity.
  3. Speparate the chicken stock.
  4. Add the rice and salt into chicken stalk and cook it on slow fire till done.
  5. Beat together the egg,butter and nutmug powder.
  6. Mix it with rice and stir it well.
  7. Garnish with parsley leaf and serve it hot.
